High angle photography is also known as pole photography,
pole aerial photography, or elevated photography.

Our 20-foot (6 m) high point of view gives a very
different perspective on ordinary subjects.

Alternatives require using heavy equipment, such as
a truck-mounted cherry-picker, a fork-lift or scafolding.
This option is not possible, nor practical, in many locations.
Another option is the use of a drone (UAV), but... It is currently (Sept. 2015) illegal, for commercial purposes, to fly near buildings and people. You might also need a "Special Flight Operations Certificate"
from Transport Canada!

All we need is a sunny day!
High angle images give a bird's eye view of a location.
Fast, efficient, practical and and affordable!
